UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Wednesday's trading session on a varied note.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched down 0.09% to settle at 2,906.63 points by the end of Wednesday's session.
A total of 134.03 million shares were traded through 2,418 transactions valued at AED 174.05 million.
Mashreq Bank headed the rising stocks with 10.4%, while Al Firdous Holding topped the losing stocks with 9.97%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up 0.68% to close Wednesday at 7,771.04 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 12.94 billion after 611.75 million shares had been exchanged through 6,286 transactions.
Sharjah Group topped the green zone with 14.43%, while Emirates Insurance led the red zone with 10%.
